Error writing to the database when copying and pasting from Word to a Forum or other activity in eLearning

At times the users receive a message in eLearning when copying and pasting from Word. The issue is related to having emojis embedded in a document in Word and eLearning cannot insert the emoji in eLearning. To resolve the issue, the user should remove the emojis from the document in Word and then copy and paste the content again. sk. 2/13/2020. | |
