Capture in Techsmith is blurry. Solution is to change one of the registry keys. Careful when editing the registry. Contact TS if you need help. 

Close out of TechSmith Capture Recorder so it is not running at all
-Hold down the Windows key on your keyboard and then hit the R key to open the run window
-Type the following and then hit enter: regedit
-Browse here: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TechSmith\Features\RelayRecorder
-Locate and double click the "AllowHwVideoEncoding " value
-Change it from 0 to 1 and click OK (if this value is already set to 1, change it to 0)
-Close out of the Registry Editor and then re-open TechSmith Capture Recorder and see if it helps
