Please login with your Cairn credentials on the left to search the TS Knowledgebase or submit a ticket. 'Live Help' is available by clicking on the button on the left or from any page on eLearning. Note that most support solutions are available once you login. 

  • A service request may be sent directly to the TS Work Order system by addressing an email to
  • More urgent service requests are to be submitted by calling the “Technology Services Help Center” at extension 4554 or (215) 702-4554 from off-campus.
